We handle all types of criminal cases, including minor infractions and misdemeanors such as DUI/DWI, as well as felonies such as drug possession, narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny, and white collar crimes.
- Probate Administration: Probate is the legal process by which a person's debts are paid and assets are distributed upon her or his death. The executor of the estate has substantial legal obligations and duties. We can make sure they comply with their obligations.

Dwaine Evans has practiced law in Tennessee since 1976 and serves clients in civil litigation and business law. He is a member of the Hamblen County and state bar associations, as well as the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Beier has practiced law in Tennessee since 1977 and provides civil litigation and criminal defense representation. He is member of the county and state bar associations, and is a former juvenile court judge.
Matthew Evans began practicing law in 2009, and he engages in a general civil law practice. He is a member of the county and state bar associations.
